What are Wax Memory candles made of?

Here at Wax Memory, we aim to create unique candles sourced from high quality, environmentally conscious materials.
  • Domestically grown natural soy wax
  • Natural lead-and-zinc-free cotton wicks
  • Fine fragrance oils
  • Re-usable containers made in the USA

Is your soy wax GMO-free?

Unfortunately, only a small percentage of the total US production of soy wax is organic. A designation of "organic" is also not possible for any soy wax or any vegetable oil wax that is turned into a solid. If, and when, organic soy wax is available, we'll be happy to use it in our products.

How do I care for my jewelry?

You can follow these instructions to increase your jewelry's longevity & luster:

  • Wipe your jewelry after each wear with a soft, gentle cloth.
  • Store your jewelry in a sealed zip bag when not in use.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, such as chlorine in pools & hot tubs, lotion, perfume, and hairspray.
  • Avoid sleeping in jewelry to prevent unnecessary wear and tear.
  • If your jewelry is looking dull, you can polish it right up with a polishing cloth!
  • To clean them, wash with lukewarm water and unscented soap. 

Can I shower with my jewelry?

For the most part - yes. Gold filled and sterling silver jewelry can withstand normal wear and tear from showering and sleeping in it - although if you do not, it will increase your jewelry's longevity & luster.

There are a few exceptions to this, however. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All of our jewelry (necklaces, rings, earrings) come in a gift box. Add-on's do not, such as detanglers, removable extenders, and ring sizers.

We try to be eco-friendly, so there is 1 gift box per order. Each necklace card may have up to 3 necklaces, so please leave a note if a certain item is a gift and you are ordering multiple items.  We provide cute little envelopes for free, which are also ready for gift-giving.

What is your processing time?

We have a processing time of 2-5 business days, although it is usually on the shorter side. During holidays, our processing time will be increased due to the increased volume of orders. You can find more info in our Return & Shipping Policy page.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic shipping in the USA should take 2-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail. We do have faster options: USPS Priority should take 2-3 days, and USPS Priority Express should take 1-2 days. Please note: these are estimated times, and are NOT guaranteed by USPS.

International shipping takes 7-21 days via USPS First Class International.

How do I keep my jewelry from untangling?

We have the perfect solution - our necklace detangler! All you have to do is clasp your necklaces onto the detangler clasp, and you can open/close the clasp around your neck! The plus side about this is, you are putting on 2-4 necklaces at once, rather than one at a time.

Besides the detangler - you can wear different types of chains to prevent tangling (e.g. satellite chain with cable chain). Unclasping the necklace and holding it from one end to let all the "twists" out will also help!

If I am not happy with my item, can I exchange/return it?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days. Please read our Shipping & Return Policy for more information.

What if I got the wrong size?

We can change the size for you (with the exception of bracelets), for a small re-work fee of $3 + shipping. Please send us a message and we can send you more information.

The exception is bracelets - all bracelets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable since each bracelet is custom fitted.

To avoid this trouble, please see our Jewelry Sizing Guide for more information. There, you will be able to figure out the best size for necklaces, bracelets, and rings.

I forgot to change my address - what do I do?

We can change your address if you message us within 24 hours. If you message us after, we may be able to change it, but it is not guaranteed as it may have already been shipped out. We try to work on our orders as soon as they are in!

Can I try your jewelry on in store? 

Unfortunately, we are currently 100% online. We may try to have stockists in the future though! 

Do you wholesale?

We currently do not wholesale, but we may consider it in the future!
